WHAT DOES A PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENT INVOLVE?

Your first appointment with Mehwish will be a comprehensive consultation where she will assess your current physical health, lifestyle, and specific injury or concern. From there, a personalised treatment plan will be developed to target your goals.

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing as Mehwish will need to assess your movement and access the area of concern.

If you have any existing medical reports, scans (e.g. x-rays or MRIs), or previous assessments, please bring them along to your appointment.

Treatment may include:

  • – Tailored exercise and stretching programs
  • – Clinical Pilates-based rehabilitation
  • – Neuromuscular re-education
  • – Home care strategies and movement advice

The number of sessions required will depend on your condition and progress. As you improve in strength and mobility, follow-up appointments may become less frequent.
